1. Charges of Cancellation are as under :
(a) Cancellation within 48 hours of booking – 100% refund of the venue charges paid to the Club
(b) Cancellation between 49-96 hours of booking of venue– 50% refund of the venue charges paid to the Club
(c) Cancellation between 4-9 days before the party/function date – 25% refund of the venue charges paid to the Club
(d) Cancellation in 1 day before party date – No advance will be refunded.
Refund Policy
If desired by the member the entitled refund, if any, as per above cancellation policy will be made through a New Delhi cheque payable at all branches of the Drawer Bank. However a Member can lease the amount, interest free, as a credit to be utilized later, also transfer balance amount to the membership or his/her bank account.
