Holiday Club Memberships

Persons desirous to become a member of Holiday Club can obtain the Application Form from Club office between 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on all days. Any clarification, if required, regarding membership can be sought from the office of the Club or at Mobile No. 9958271333 and Telephone No. 011-41604839. Duly filled Application Form alongwith documents required such as cheque/draft, photographs, PAN, Adhar Card copy etc, is to be submitted to the Club office for processing. The fee paid for membership is non-refundable. The minimum processing period is one month. The Club Office will inform about the date of interview fixed with the Management Committee. After approval, the person shall be allotted membership number and issued membership card(s).

Details about Membership: The Club has the following categories of memberships.

1. Permanent Member : Any person who owns a house/flat in A, A1, B, C & D – Blocks in Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi shall be eligible to become a Permanent member.

2. Green Cardholder Member : Son or daughter or grand children (Married or unmarried) above the age of 21 years of a Permanent Member shall be eligible to be a Green Cardholder member.

3. Associate Member : Any person not falling under any other category shall be an Associate Member.

4. Corporate member : Any Director/Executive of a Public or a Private Limited company registered with the Registrar of Companies anywhere in India duly nominated by such company shall be Corporate Member till such time they continue to be directors/executives of such company.

5. Limited Tenure Member : Any person who wishes to become a member for not more than 12 months shall be a Limited Tenure Member.

Admission of Members : An application for membership shall be in the prescribed form and shall be signed by the applicant and proposed and seconded by Permanent members of the Club, who are not in arrears at such point of time. The application shall clearly state the name of the applicant, father’s/spouse name, age address, profession, email address/whatsapp number and such other information as may be required by the Executive Committee and shall contain an undertaking that, if selected, the applicant would strictly abide by the bye-laws of the Club. The applicant shall furnish self attested true copies of the following documents alongwith the application form.

i) Two passport size photographs

ii) Copy of PAN Card

iii) Copy of Adhar Card.

iv) Proof of residence in the form of Election Identity Card or Passport

v) Copy of the title document as is recognized by law, in proof of the ownership of the property in Panchsheel Enclave (for permanent members only).

vi) Request in writing by a member (for Dependent or Green Cardholder members only)

vii) Payment of non-refundable admission fee as prescribed (All Taxes Extra)
